Happy New Year to all of the Fit For Anything friends and clients.

I hope you have all enjoyed some time off with family and friends and you are refreshed to smash your fitness goals in 2018!

January, of course, sees many resolutions to be fitter, stronger, leaner - or to tackle a new event, or challenge to push yourself to the limits. Most of you are raring to go and super motivated especially this time of year, I love this time of year. At Fit For Anything, we have plenty of new activities and sessions to keep you focused on those goals beyond February, as well as online blogs with top tips to keep you on track.

With our H2O sessions on hold in January and February, while we await slightly warmer weather, there will be the opportunity for those interested to take part in some focused cross country running based in Whippendell Woods which is on the outskirts of Cassiobury Park towards Chandler's Cross. Join us for free most Sundays from 2-3pm until the middle of March.

Meet at the 2nd car park on Rousebarn Lane which lane starts almost opposite The Prime Steak and Grill (WD3 4LU) in Chandler's Cross. Contact Roel for more details - distance covered is usually between 4 and 10 km.

On 21st January at 11 am Nuclear Races are holding a free Newbie OCR racing event.

I will be accompanying some of our FFA clients who will be challenging themselves to a 5-7k obstacles & mud run on parts of the Nuclear course. To get in the swing for the OCR season, this event will provide a stop/start approach to obstacles & running on open fields, woodland etc.

*3/2 Hertfordshire Schools Cross Country Championships at Verulamium Park in St. Albans (Sabrina)
*4/2: Cancer Research London Winter Run 10km (3 clients)
*4/2:Tough Guy (extreme o.c.r. cold/mud event) about 15km in Wolverhampton (Roel)
