December 2017

This December at Fit For Anything, we are talking about the New Year rush! It seems strange but actually, December (even with the excess of food and social occasions) is the perfect time to think about your new year goals.

One of the most important aspects of sticking to a fitness regime is incorporating it into your daily routine, yet when you first start it can take a while to get your bearings and it could become more difficult to tailor a routine when you are pressed for time after work. The New Year’s rush can have an overwhelming effect on our decision-making process, which often leads us to have an all or nothing attitude when it comes to our fitness. While this is great if we stick to it, chances are if you design a grueling regime in January, you might burn yourself out and abandon your progress by mid-February.

For the lucky ones of you who are blessed with extra time off this December, it is a great opportunity to get stuck into designing a workout that is perfect for you. Creating a bespoke programme based on your level of fitness and experience will help you to achieve your goals.

This months blog has looked in greater detail at SMART objectives and is well worth a read if you want to stick to your goals in the new year. There is also a blog with some further reading on taking your training to the next level in 2018 which has some top tips to change up your training. Whatever your goals for the new year,  Fit For Anything will be there to support you at every step.

It's not too late to get yourself or a loved one that perfect present this Christmas. Remember that Fit For Anything training vouchers are also available. Standard single P.T. sessions or blocks of 10 sessions can be purchased via the Fit For Anything website, http://www.fitforanything.net/gift-vouchers/, or contact Roel for any bespoke options and further details.

Well done to all and of course to the Fit For Anything (FFA) clients who took part in various events at the end of November and throughout December.

Don't forget to keep us updated with your news and achievements.

Congratulations to Lauren Diventura for completing a chilly Watford Autumn (off-road) 10K on 26th November and congratulations to our San-tastic Matt Noades who took park in the London 5km Santa Dash on 3rd December.

Fit For Anything would like to wish you, your family and friends a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous new year.

May all you wish for come true...work, train and play hard.

Thank you for your custom, 2017 was a fantastic year for Fit For Anything and we look forward to continuing to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals in 2018!
