One-to-one and/or group sessions, training and coaching, sports activity for children adjusted to needs and ability. Roel has more than 30 years of experience in group sessions, he is insured, also CRB/DBS checked in 2009, ‘17, ‘19 & ‘20. Circuit training, Junior Boot Camp and/or sports specific sessions such as football sessions for 6-17 years of age. Generally combining aerobic and (mostly own body) resistance exercises to help improve fitness, stamina, strength, stability, agility and flexibility.

Suitable for all abilities, providing education on the importance of exercise, advice on healthy eating and lifestyle.
