• Complete client agreement form and relevant PAR-Q which is a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire which can be found at the bottom of the Initial Consultation page within this website.

  • Meet up, discuss your goals, your PAR-Q, and complete an Initial Consultation (one hour) where a number of checks and/or tests can be made to determine level of fitness. Then book your next appointment.

  • Meet again, agree on a SMART action plan to mainly monitor progress and performance. You can pay as you go per session or choose your sessions package, enjoy your session and book your next appointment. Please see BOOK page for package options and further details.

  • Whilst working towards achieving your goals together, fitness assessments and programme reviews will take place every 4-5 weeks to keep you on the right track, focussed and motivated.

  • Discuss your progression, performance, success, results and areas for improvement.
