Once you have been given the all clear from your GP, therapist or other health professional, we will take care and assist you accordingly. Recurring injury? It could be due to poor gait alignment, biomechanics and/or technique. Get back to activity quickly and safely whilst reducing the risk of injury. In this case, perhaps book an induction, a one to one session for a basic body M.O.T. which contains postural analyses or a run fit (gait) assessment. Fit For Anything works closely together with physiotherapists at Riverside Physiotherapy in Northwood, osteopaths at the Osteopathic House in Rickmansworth, osteopaths at Active Healthcare in Farnham Common, chiropractors and podiatrists/chiropodists in Northwood, sports & remedial massage therapists, pilates/yoga teachers and General Practitioners (GP’s) in WD3 area. A great support network of people is in place who have worked together successfully for a long time in order to complement each other's profession to assist you as efficiently as possible. Whether you may require extra support or a second opinion, we will work together and/or refer you to qualified professionals with great track record, reputation whom we trust and value greatly.


Fit For Anything can - being qualified as a physiologist - devise functional rehabilitation exercises and assist you by ensuring you know how to do these exercises correctly and safely in either a gym or in your own environment. We tailor make your programme, monitor and adjust as you progress. Our tailor-made rehabilitation exercises, dynamic stretching, foam rolling, soft tissue manipulation and any other advice to speed up the healing process, can be extremely helpful to assist your body to recover.

Improvements can also be achieved by completing the right corrective exercises using the right techniques and/or equipment. Re-align and reduce muscle imbalances by using (our) tools such as a foam roller, thera (stretch) band, Pilates ring, Swiss ball, half-ball Balance Trainer “Both Sides Up” (BOSU), Gravity Training System (GTS) and Suspension Training System.
