• Meet up, discuss your goals, complete my Initial Consultation where a number of checks and/or tests can be made to determine level of fitness and book your next appointment.
  • Complete client agreement form and relevant PAR-Q which is a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. 
  • Meet again, sessions start, agree on a SMART action plan. You can pay as you go per session or for your chosen session package, enjoy your session and book your next appointment. Please see shop page for package options and further details.
  • Whilst working towards achieving your goals together, fitness assessments and programme reviews will take place every 4-5 weeks to keep you on the right track, focussed and motivated.
  • Discuss success, results and areas for improvement.
