Hill sprints are often underestimated in the cardio stakes. Love them or hate them you need to consider including them in your workout regime.
So you want to run a marathon? Completing 26.2 miles is an awe-inspiring accomplishment that requires commitment and dedication. But it is not a walk in the park! You need a base of a minimum of three to six months’ worth of running four times per week. (It’s even better if you’ve been running for a year or more.) You should be able to comfortably complete a run of six miles. And you should have run at the very minimum a few 5K races.
Obstacle races are a big feature on the sporting event calendar. Their popularity is due to the diversity of the physical challenge, with many different activities in one race. Being a well-rounded athlete will absolutely help performance and will determine how much fun you have!
Caffeine is bad, caffeine should be avoided and we should all use only caffeine-free or reduced caffeine products. That is what we're told anyway. Caffeine isn't however quite the monster that some people would have us believe, particularly when you are using it to boost your endurance performance.
